is the title at this level in h1?

this is the description area -the title is not being displayed what happened to that soliloqay (sp) logo? find and see if it works – found it and all the others there was one per area not just a general one do I want to say something here? 100 words = about 500 characters. how long is that here? as in what does it look like? does it seem like a lot? Why is some of this double spaced (which I can't remove) and some of it single? how long should something be before it is too long? This whole thing? multiple sentences is 556 characters including spaces.
